How long will it take to prepare my order?

It depends on the season and current workload. Usually, it takes 2–7 business days to prepare your order.
Once it ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Thank you for being so patient. Each piece is carefully crafted and packaged.

Do you ship within Cyprus?

Yes! We offer:

  • Free shipping on orders over €50
  • For orders under €50:
    BoxNow CY→ €2-4 (depending on the courier’s pricing)

Do you ship to Greece?

Yes, we do! For shipments to Greece, the maximum allowable weight is 4 kg.

  • Free shipping on orders over €50

    BoxNow GR→ €10
What if my ceramic or candle arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event that an item arrives broken, please send us photos of the damaged item within three days of receiving your order via Instagram or email at paresthesi@outlook.com.
We will offer a replacement or refund.
If the item is unique and not available, we will recreate it – please allow 4–8 weeks for production.

How should I care for my candles?
  • On the first burn, let the wax melt all the way to the edges of the jar.
  • Keep the wick trimmed to 2mm before each lighting.
  • Avoid blowing out your candle – instead, dip the wick into the melted wax or use a snuffer.
  • If your candle has a lid, close it once it cools to preserve the scent and keep dust away.

If your candle has a wooden wick, a gentle crackling sound while burning is completely natural – it’s part of the charm.

Are your ceramics food-safe?

Yes. All pieces are made with durable clay and food-safe glazes.
They are microwave and dishwasher-safe, but for longevity, we recommend hand washing.

How do I care for my ceramic pieces?

Wash gently by hand and dry with a soft towel.
Avoid soaking for long periods.
If there’s residue such as coffee or oil, rinse immediately to prevent staining.
Each piece is a work of art, made to be used and cherished.

My package didn’t arrive. What can I do?

If your order is marked as “delivered” by the courier but hasn’t arrived, please contact us.
PARESTHESI is not responsible for packages lost or delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect shipping details, but we’ll always do our best to help.

How do you package your products?

We use eco-friendly and recyclable materials, kraft boxes, paper, and eco bubble wrap – to keep your items safe in transit.
Each order is thoughtfully packed, ready to gift.

Can I return a product?

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we don’t accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If something feels off, please reach out. We’ll make it right.

Are your materials eco-friendly?

Yes. From our soy wax to our packaging, we use natural, renewable, and environmentally conscious materials.
